Accepting Jobs & Contacting the Keyholder
After accepting a job, you must contact the tenant or keyholder within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. If you’ve tried three times or more with no response, click ‘Can’t reach keyholder’ in the job details — this notifies our team to step in. Please always add notes to the job to keep our team in the loop.
Confirming the Appointment on the Platform
Once the appointment is agreed, it must be logged in your Symple dashboard right away. This confirmation is sent to the tenant and keeps everyone aligned. If you need to reschedule, confirm the new time with the tenant first — then use the “Reschedule” option in your dashboard to make it official.
Submitting the Certificate
After completing the job, upload your pdf within 48 hours via your dashboard.
Getting Paid
Symple processes payments within 7 working days of receiving a valid digital certificate. There’s no invoicing, no admin, and no need to follow up — as long as the job is completed and uploaded correctly, you’ll be paid automatically. Payment is trackable on your dashboard.
Missed Appointments / No Access Policy
If you arrive for a scheduled job and no one is available to grant access:
- Call the tenant while on-site
- If no response, contact our team immediately on 0161 883 3452
- Take a photo of the front door as proof of attendance
If we confirm that access was denied without good reason, you’ll receive a no-access payment of 50% of the service cost.
